Welcome to the free Laboral Kutxa Pay application.

With the LKPay App for Android, you can easily, conveniently, and securely pay for your purchases in stores using your mobile phone. You can also send and request money from your contacts instantly and securely without needing to ask for their bank account number.

• Mobile Payment:

Functionality to pay in stores with your mobile phone.

What you need:

• Mobile phone with Android operating system, version 4.4 or higher, and contactless technology (NFC).
• Install the LKPay App on your mobile phone.
• Associate a card within LKPay for Mobile Payment.

How to associate the card for Mobile Payment:

1. Access LKpay using the same credentials as our Online Banking.
2. Select the card you want to associate in the Mobile Payment section.
3. You will receive an SMS with the code to activate the card.
4. Later, you can change the associated card at any time.

How to pay in stores:

• Unlock your mobile phone (NFC must be enabled).
• Approach your mobile phone to the Payment Terminal (TPV) until you hear the confirmation beep.
• Enter your PIN if the amount is over 20 Euros.

That's it! Payment completed!

• Sending and requesting money between individuals

This is done through Bizum, the service that works among customers of different entities.

It is very simple, fast, and secure:

• Access LkPay using the same credentials as our Online Banking.
• Associate the account you want to receive money through this system with your mobile number.

And now you can send and receive money:

• Send money: simply select the contact(s) and enter the amount; you will send money instantly. You can also send money to any mobile number even if it is not among your contacts.
• Request money: by selecting the contact(s) or entering the mobile number and entering the amount, you can request money from anyone.
• Pending operations: you can pay or reject money requests from your contacts. You have 7 days to do so.
• Check your transactions: at any time, you can check the transactions you have made with the Bizum service. It shows all the transfers and deposits you have made.
• You can also change the associated account at any time.
